It would be incredible...there is another project in Canada where people replace can labels etc with art, so you buy the product and you get a piece of art as well..its really cool. I forget what the project is called. There is a doc about it too...i think some guy in ny that defaces billboards and replaces with art and messages. I want to see it soo bad, do you know the name by chance?

I think their'd be some sort of positive psychological effect on the people of such a city. Miami could use this.
