admission

I haven't put away all my clothes yet.
Finishing the closets has been on the top of my list for days, but I'd much rather catch up with True Blood.

gulp...

things you find

Things you're happy to find when you move into a new house:
Forgotten TreasuresForgotten treasures, like the tiny opossum fetus my father gave me over a year ago. He arrived in a plastic Dixie cup floating in wintergreen rubbing alcohol. I made him a better habitation... then forgot about the lil fella until now.

Things you're unhappy to find when you move into a new house:
Miscellaneous & unidentified droppings
yuck. enough said.
A brief hiatus from posting.

Lot's of assembling, shopping, and skull hanging left to do.

snail trail

Semâ Bekirovic "Grid"
video ( 19:00)
I let three snails make a drawing by making them crawl over a grid I drew on a piece of paper. Their slime-trails dissolved the ink of my drawing, creating an abstract figure.

A great piece by an artist that tickles my brain and leaves me with creative snail trail.

UPDATE: Thanks for all the feedback, guys. I might get it, although the misters says he doesn't like it.
Hmmph.

ladders & boxes

Less:

More:

We still have a long way to go before I feel settled in the new house.
I'm really wishing I had some of those snazzy Bewitched powers right about now.
The best part about moving is redecorating and art buying.
One of the first things I plan on doing for the new house is commissioning a neon prop ladder inspired by Ben Jones, but first my sexy step ladder and cardboard boxes need to vacate.
