Playing in my head when I look at these paintings is Weezer's Holiday.

love that tune and I adore that first picture...awesome!
As soon as I read the title "Holiday", that song popped into my head! "He-art be-at, he-art-beat."
They're all gorgeous painting/collages. I especially like the second and third.
These pieces are currently on view in Castellanos' solo exhibition "North Woods", on view at Marx & Zavattero in San Francisco through March 13.
